7:32 AP.  All of my miles were right around 7:35, but I had a couple faster ones in there.

Didn't run all week.. Going to have to get better at that.

Time to buy another pair of shoes and start tracking miles on them again.

I forgot to post the other day.. Brayden (11) ran his second 5k the other day.  His first one was a couple years ago, and he ran ~37 minutes.  Before the Brookings Marathon the other day, he ran his second 5k in 29:18!! I called him a half hour before the race and asked him if he felt like trying it.  He said, "sure",  Luckily he wore gym shorts and running shoes to school that day.  I was really pumped for him.  He ran the whole thing by himself.  I think my favorite part though was how crappy he felt when he was done.  You, know... the bent over at the waste like you feel like you're going to puke.   :)   He must've pushed himself.
