79 degrees. 7:56 AP. 1st two miles were around 7:35 pace then I slowed it way down. My cold is seriously kicking my butt. That was way to difficult. My hope is that my cold lifts right before Saturday and that 1st to 2nd day after my cold is the marathon. That's usually the day that I go out and hit a really good workout. I guess just like the weather, only time will tell.
Knee was kind of manageable tonight. The worst parts are up and down off curbs at intersections. I also wasn't pushing the pace tonight.
