I married Natasha in 2005 and have three awesome kids, Brayden - 10, Hannah - 8, And Kinley
7:37 pace. I have a pretty bad cold, but this didn’t feel as bad as I thought it would. Thunderstorms the next couple days so sneaking a run in might be a challenge.
Did you get faster while you were gone from the blog? This is a great run! Bummer about the cold, though.
The alarming part is all of my runs have been around this pace. I need to get them slowed down some. I'm sure that'll come when I start running more consecutive days.
