These weren't quite marathon pace, but they were marathon effort.  :)  92 degrees and 15 mph wind. And HUMID!!  Pretty sure some sort of strom will blow up tonight. 

Ran when Hannah and Brayden were out sweating as much as me at soccer practice. And now Brayden is off to baseball. Just found out today that he made the traveling team!

Marathon effort is the way to go. If I had to run marathon PR pace, I wouldn't get very far. It's about 10-mile to half marathon effort right now. Heat, wind, and humidity is a big factor too. I hate running in the heat, but I also hate running in the snow!

Seems like if we went by actual goal marathon pace, I wouldn't be logging any miles in that column. :)
