In Minneapolis. Finally all of the hot runs paid off. This one was 61°, raining a lot, and windy

AP 7:27 with my last mile at 7:14. Heart rate was just over 160 for the run.

This felt really good and easy for the pace.  Good confidence builder.  My legs hurt for most of the run, but in a good way. Feels like they’ve been worked and healing. Plus I hit over 40 miles for the week! That’s not a huge number, but I haven’t done that in a LONG time!
