I married Natasha in 2005 and have three awesome kids, Brayden - 10, Hannah - 8, And Kinley
7:35 pace. 100° when I started. I think it got all the way down to 96° at the end. A lot more effort today than my much faster 10 miler on Saturday. This heat thing is a bit different.
Even at much less than 100 degrees, this is a really good run!
