63 degrees, 26 mph wind
Did this part of this one with Hannah on her bike. The first mile was straight into the wind and wore Hannah out pretty quick. Luckily the soccer field was where we were at, so Hannah rode her bike around the parking lot, ran up and down the sidewalk, and did cartwheels in the grass.
I ended up with 6 x ~200m with some recovery jogs in between. This bit of running showed me how slow I am right now. I accelerated through the first 100m and pushed the second half. I even ran with the wind hoping it would push me and make me feel like I was running fast. Ha! They were all around 39s.
